The Manager is responsible for delivering a superior customer experience at the real estate sales office. This will include overseeing the front office operations, co ordinating hospitality services, managing high end client experience journey at Sales office, ensuring the ambience and service levels align with the brands premium image.
Role and Responsibilities
Team managing size 20 numbers.
Client Experience & Hospitality.
Overall ambience and experience management.
Setting of standards & developing immersive experience strategies.
Coordination & Communication with sales team, external agencies and cross functional collaboration.
Implementation of new innovative ideas.
Additional Notes
Good communication skills - both written & oral.
Graduate from any field
Excellent knowledge MS office
Hotel industry experience preferred
7-8 yrs. Experience in people management in large corporate complex.
