We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
CRM Relationship Manager
with hands-on experience in end-to-end customer management within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
complete customer lifecycle
from
booking to disbursement
.
Handle
legal documentation
,
agreement execution
,
registrations
, and
collections
independently.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups using
HighRise CRM
.
Prepare and track reports using
Excel
, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Finance) to ensure seamless customer experience.
Address customer queries, documentation issues, and payment-related follow-ups promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in Real Estate CRM
is
mandatory
.
Strong proficiency in
Excel
and
HighRise CRM
.
Good understanding of customer processes:
booking, agreements, payments, disbursement
.
Excellent communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently with ownership of the CRM process.
