Role Overview



We are hiring

Customer Relationship Managers (CRM)

for a voice-based inbound process. The role involves handling customer queries and concerns over calls, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



Address and resolve customer queries and concerns via inbound calls Maintain professionalism and empathy while handling customer interactions Ensure accurate documentation of customer issues and resolutions Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely solutions Uphold service quality standards and meet performance metrics

Qualification



Any Graduation (mandatory) Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi preferred Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Salary



Freshers:

?17,000 in hand (CTC: 2.55 LPA)

Experienced:

Up to ?27,000 in hand (CTC: 3.7 LPA)

Shift Timings



Male:

Between 7:00 AM - 12:30 AM (any 9.5-hour shift)

Female:

Between 7:00 AM - 8:30 PM (any 9.5-hour shift)

Work Schedule



5 days working 2 rotational week offs

Pay: ?17,558.44 - ?30,244.60 per month
