Job Description

Oversee all aspects of a company's customer relationship management (CRM) platform Collaborate with different teams to ensure the CRM system works seamlessly for all aspects of the company Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel and efficient sales process Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers to the business Train and guide staff to use the CRM system effectively Provide detailed reports to the sales and marketing teams, using the CRM system's data Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems Ensure the CRM system is kept up-to-date and relevant to its users Assess the data quality within the CRM system and work on data cleansing when required Monitor the effectiveness of CRM strategies and implement necessary changes
