As we continue to expand our global footprint, we're looking for a
Customer Relationship Manager
who can strengthen customer engagement, drive product adoption, and support marketing initiatives that bring Squegg closer to its users.
Role Overview:
The
Customer Relationship Manager
will play a vital role in connecting with clinicians, wellness users, and partners to ensure a seamless experience from
outreach to onboarding
.
This position combines
relationship management, marketing execution, and product demonstrations
, requiring excellent communication, organisation, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Marketing Execution & Campaign Support
Plan and execute
targeted email campaigns, newsletters, and outreach programs
for clinicians, therapists, and end-users.
Assist in
data mining and CRM management
to identify, segment, and nurture leads.
Support
influencer and ambassador campaigns
, coordinating outreach and engagement.
Track and report on
campaign engagement, conversion rates, and feedback
to guide improvements.
2. Customer Relationship & Product Demos
Conduct
virtual product demos and onboarding sessions
highlighting Squegg's features, benefits, and applications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers through
consistent, personalised communication
.
Follow up post-demo to
resolve queries, encourage active usage, and gather customer insights
.
Collaborate with
marketing and product teams
to enhance the customer experience.
3. Coordination & Cross-Functional Support
Maintain
accurate records of outreach, demos, and follow-ups
within the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to
organise digital campaigns, webinars, and training sessions
.
Share
customer feedback and insights
to improve marketing strategies and product features.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, Communications
, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
1-2 years of experience
in customer relationship management, preferably in
tech-product, medical-device, wellness, or service-oriented sectors
.
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
, with the ability to engage both end-users and professional clients (clinicians, therapists, etc.).
Customer-centric mindset
, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
Interest in
health, fitness, or therapy products
is an advantage; comfort with digital tools and app-based environments preferred.
Ability to work
independently and collaboratively
in a fast-paced, growing brand environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
