Act as the main point of contact for customers.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services.
