Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Retail Sales Specialist. The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include selling products, maintaining product knowledge, and assisting in inventory management. The specialist will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills. Experience in Retail Sales and Product Knowledge. Excellent Communication skills and mail drafting . Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Experience in the insurance or retail industries is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?33,000.00 per month
