Job Description

Objective:

To drive the success of the CRM platform by optimizing admission funnel performance, overseeing data analytics, and ensuring seamless integration of all admissions-related workflows.

Key Responsibilities:



CRM Platform Management:

Oversee and manage the performance of the CRM (preferably Meritto or similar), ensuring maximum efficiency and adoption across teams.

Funnel Optimization:

Monitor and improve every stage of the admissions funnel, identifying bottlenecks and implementing actionable solutions.

Data & Analytics:

Build and manage dashboards, generate reports, and track key performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Cross-functional Coordination:

Collaborate with telecalling, marketing, and admissions teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of campaigns and lead nurturing activities.

Training & Support:

Lead onboarding and training for CRM users across departments, and serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and process improvements.

Workflow Integration:

Ensure complete and accurate integration of all admissions workflows into the CRM to support automation and efficiency.

Educational Qualification:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field..

Skills Required:



Strong understanding of CRM/ERP platforms, especially Meritto (formerly known as NoPaperForms) or similar systems. Proven experience in dashboard creation, reporting, and funnel analytics. Excellent communication and leadership skills with a track record of managing and training cross functional teams. Strong problem-solving mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.

Work Experience :



Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience, ideally in the education and/or ed tech sectors.

Salary will be commensurate with experience
