In this role, you'll be the key link between our studio and our clients--ensuring every artist, guest, and collaborator feels valued and supported. From managing client interactions and inquiries to maintaining smooth internal coordination, you'll help build lasting relationships and ensure seamless studio operations.

What You'll Do:



o? ?Be the First Point of Connection: Welcome and engage with clients and visitors, creating a friendly and professional environment.

o? ?Client Coordination: Manage inquiries, appointment schedules, and studio bookings.

o? ?Relationship Building: Nurture long-term connections with artists, collaborators, and studio guests.

o? ?Information Management: Maintain accurate client records, contact details, and service histories.

o? ?Support Internal Teams: Assist with coordination between clients and departments to ensure smooth communication and execution.

o? ?Feedback & Improvement: Gather feedback and contribute to improving client experiences.

o? ?Maintain Studio Vibe: Ensure a calm, organized, and welcoming space that reflects the Speak Studios brand.

What We're Looking For:



o? ?Excellent Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi, with great verbal and written skills.

o? ?People-Centric Mindset: Empathetic, approachable, and a natural relationship builder.

o? ?Organised & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and follow-ups with ease.

o? ?Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.

o? ?Team Player: Capable of working closely with both creative and operational teams.

o? ?Experience in client-facing or relationship management roles is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
