Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Service Operations: Manage daily service operations (Installation, Commissioning), Monitoring & analyzing customer complaint on daily basis.


Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the service team to achieve performance goals.


Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in service processes and implement best practices.


Budget Management: Oversee service budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising service quality.


Reporting: Monitor service performance through key metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.


Compliance: Ensure all service activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.


Stock Management: Ensure sales of Spare part and management of stock at various locations. Qualifications:


Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Administration.


Proven experience of 10-15 years in service management, preferably in Mining industry.


Strong leadership and team management skills.


Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹4,462.05 - ₹7,950.38 per month
