Key Responsibilities:
? Service Operations: Manage daily service operations (Installation, Commissioning), Monitoring & analyzing customer complaint on daily basis.
? Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the service team to achieve performance goals.
? Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
? Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in service processes and implement best practices.
? Budget Management: Oversee service budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising service quality.
? Reporting: Monitor service performance through key metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
? Compliance: Ensure all service activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
? Stock Management: Ensure sales of Spare part and management of stock at various locations. Qualifications:
? Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Administration.
? Proven experience of 10-15 years in service management, preferably in Mining industry.
? Strong leadership and team management skills.
? Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
