Track, manage, and analyze customer data to enhance customer experience and optimize sales follow-ups.
Ensure timely follow-up and communication with leads through emails, SMS, and calls.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth lead flow and customer satisfaction.
Generate and share regular CRM reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
Maintain customer records, track interactions, and resolve client issues efficiently.
Coordinate with pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly.
