Key Responsibilities:
Visit existing customers regularly to maintain relationships and take feedback
Handle customer queries, service requests, and complaints efficiently
Follow up with leads and introduce them to our brand and products
Update CRM data (calls, visits, feedback, etc.) accurately
Support marketing campaigns and invite customers for store events or promotions
Work closely with the in-store and sales teams to improve customer experience
Requirements:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM software)
Customer-oriented and confident personality
