Customer Relationship Manager

for our Kottakkal branch. The ideal candidate will handle customer communications, build lasting relationships, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and maintain professional communication Build strong relationships with new and existing clients Solve customer issues promptly and effectively Maintain proper documentation of interactions Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met Promote company services and ensure post-service follow-up
