Maintain regular communication with clients to address queries, resolve issues, and provide timely updates.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and delivery.
Track and report sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Prior experience in
Banking or Insurance
is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships effectively.
Customer-centric mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
