Act as the main point of contact for clients from inquiry to project delivery.
Understand client requirements and preferences related to interior projects.
Coordinate between clients and the design/sales team to ensure timely delivery and updates.
Maintain accurate client data and records using CRM software.
Follow up on leads, queries, and pending feedback to ensure high client satisfaction.
Schedule meetings, site visits, and presentations for the sales/design teams.
Resolve client concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
Share interior product knowledge, catalogues, and design inputs where required.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; Diploma or degree in Interior Design is a plus.
1-3 years of experience in CRM, preferably in an interior design, architecture, or related industry.
Good understanding of furniture, materials, and design terminology.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
