Customer Relationship Manager

Job Description

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers. Understand customer needs and ensure they receive timely and effective solutions. Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure proper follow-up until resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.. Develop strategies to improve customer loyalty and reduce churn. Provide training and support to team members on customer-handling techniques. Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in customer service, CRM, or similar roles (added advantage)

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
