Help Ather's customer relationship management activities become more scalable and impactful through the adoption of technology.
Help develop & execute CRM communication across multiple channels such as email, SMS, and in-platform
Work closely with business, product, and design teams to ensure delivery of brand-compliant messaging to the existing and potential customer base
Coordinate all campaign-related activities with the responsible stakeholders.
