Key Roles & Responsibilities



Act as the

primary point of contact

for customers regarding service requests, complaints, and follow-ups Coordinate with

service technicians, service managers, and internal departments

for scheduling and execution of service calls Prepare, share, and follow up on

service quotations

and approvals Track service tickets, job completion status, and customer feedback Maintain accurate

customer records, service logs, and documentation

Ensure timely communication with clients regarding service timelines, delays, and resolutions Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure quick resolution Support management with service reports, customer data, and performance tracking Ensure adherence to company service standards and customer satisfaction benchmarks
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
