Job Description

Adam Group of Events is seeking a Client coordinator CRM Executive to manage and optimize customer relationship management processes. The role focuses on maintaining client databases, supporting sales and event operations, and ensuring effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Key responsibilities;

Manage and update the CRM system with accurate client, vendor, and event data. Track client interactions, leads, inquiries, and follow-ups. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and event operations teams. Generate CRM reports related to client engagement, and event performance. Support event planning by ensuring timely communication with clients and stakeholders. Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies. Assist in CRM automation and process improvement initiatives. Required skills; Minimum 1 years of experience in CRM management or related role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and data management abilities. Hands-on experience with CRM tools. Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
