Role Summary



We are looking for an experienced

CRM

to manage our complete online business end-to-end. This role will own revenue growth, daily operations, customer experience, and team performance across all online channels.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee website performance, product listings, pricing, promotions, and overall platform hygiene. Lead customer support, dispatch, and packing teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Ensure all orders are accurately packed and shipped on time with zero errors. Review daily CRM interactions and drive improvements in conversion, repeat purchases, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with physical stores for stock allocation, click-and-collect orders, and inter-store transfers. Track and analyse online sales metrics, returns, NPS, customer feedback, and operational SLAs. Implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce operational gaps, and enhance the end-to-end customer journey.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
