Job Overview

The CRM & Showroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing the customer experience journey -- from inquiries and bookings to delivery and post-service follow-up -- while managing daily showroom operations. The role demands a customer-first attitude, operational efficiency, and leadership to maintain Britemakers' premium brand image.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.

Maintain the CRM database and track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through personalized service.

Ensure prompt communication with clients before, during, and after service.

Collect customer feedback and ensure high satisfaction ratings.

Showroom Operations

Manage day-to-day activities at the Trivandrum detailing studio.

Coordinate with the detailing team to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Maintain showroom cleanliness, visual display, and brand presentation.

Supervise customer waiting area experience, ensuring comfort and professionalism.

Oversee vehicle check-in/check-out and maintain job order records.

Sales & Performance

Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Promote premium packages (Ceramic, Graphene, PPF, Borophene, etc.).

Upsell and cross-sell detailing services to new and returning customers.

Track performance metrics and report to management weekly.

Team & Coordination

Liaise with technicians and detailers to ensure service excellence.

Train and motivate front-office staff on customer handling and CRM tools.

Coordinate with marketing team for lead campaigns and offers.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).

Minimum 2-4 years experience in customer service, showroom management, or automotive retail.

Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Strong organizational and multitasking ability.

Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital communication tools.

Passion for automobiles and premium customer service.
