Job Summary:
The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer service, handling feedback and complaints, and enhancing customer satisfaction and retention for the two-wheeler dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer experience from purchase to after-sales.
Follow up with customers post-service or purchase to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain and update customer database in CRM software.
Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys and share reports with management.
Handle service reminders, feedback calls, and warranty follow-ups.
Assist in organizing customer meet programs, free service camps, and promotional events.
Support retention programs such as AMC renewals, service reminders, and vehicle exchange campaigns.
Ensure timely response and resolution to all customer-related issues or escalations.
