Responsibilities:
Coordinate between Sales and Project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Work closely with the CRMS team for data verification, project updates, and client account support.
Communicate with customers about project timelines, payment updates, and progress.
Share real-time updates with different departments for better coordination.
Track ongoing projects and support the CRMS team with approvals and cost validations.
Build strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and support.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with different teams.
Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
Knowledge of CRM software or project tracking tools will be an advantage.
Experience as an Academic Counselor is a plus.
