Job Description

Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) ensures client satisfaction by managing service-related communication, resolving issues, providing information, and building lasting customer relationships, thereby fostering repeat business and positive word-of-mouth marketing. Key duties include handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback, scheduling service appointments, following up after service, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with internal teams to improve the customer experience.

Customer Communication:

Serve as the primary contact for customers, managing inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and other channels.

Service Management:

Inform customers about maintenance schedules, costs, and vehicle issues, and ensure they receive timely and quality service.

Relationship Building:

Proactively build and maintain relationships with existing customers and reach out to potential new clients.

Customer Retention:

Develop and implement customer retention programs and strategies to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.

Issue Resolution:

Address and resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and according to company guidelines.

Follow-Up:

Coordinate and conduct post-service follow-ups to confirm customer satisfaction.

Record Keeping:

Maintain detailed customer records and a case history of complaints for future reference.
