Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with a Sales team and the Project team to facilitate seamless rollout of EV charging infrastructure.
Collaborate closely with the CRMS team for data validation, project tracking, and efficient client account management.
Manage communication channels related to project timelines, payment collections, and customer updates.
Ensure real-time sharing of project updates across departments to enhance transparency and workflow alignment.
Track the status of ongoing projects and assist the CRMS team with approvals for discounts and project cost validations.
Strengthen customer engagement through proactive support and regular project status feedback.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer relationship management or similar client-facing roles.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple teams and align cross-functional workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with CRM systems and project tracking tools is a plus.
