Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. Manage customer databases and ensure accurate data analysis and reporting. Collaborate with CRE teams to improve customer experience. Drive loyalty programs, campaigns, and initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction. Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements in processes and tools. Lead and mentor the CRM team to achieve organizational goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10-12 Years Proven experience in Customer relations management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to lead cross-functional teams. Proficiency in CRM software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
