Responsible for receiving and validating inbound enquiries, allocating them to regional sales teams and updating lead status. Managing & maintaining customer databases for marketing activities. Generating enquiry customer information reports for management reference.
Tasks & Activities
Receiving inbound mail & telephone enquiries
Call customers who have sent in mail enquiries
Validating enquiries based previous records with us
Enquiring & identifying the customer's need and requirement
Turn down enquiries that are for non-related or only price requests
Briefly explain product and application information
Filtering genuineness of valid enquiries based on customer need & interest
Recording enquiry details (name, location, product & application need)
Segregating enquiries by brand & vertical (Projects / Retail)
Allotting enquiries through WhatsApp to sales team based on region & requirement
Calling the customer to check if Sales person has connected OR Get an update from the sales person on connecting with the customer
Follow up with the team on lead status on a weekly basis
Periodically update the lead status on the CRM excel sheet
Generate & share weekly / monthly lead tracking & conversion reports
Updating customer database from business cards & Daytrack reports of sales team
Fluency in English & other vernacular languages; Written & verbal communication skills; Customer service for a positive first experience; CRM software / excel proficiency; Ability to verify enquiry genuineness & relevance;
