Job Description

Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible to handle our toll free number and also speak to customers and try and give solution to their problem. Has to do seamless Coordination with all other verticals inside SVHE for Hyundai ( 3 verticals ) , Ajax ( 3 verticals ) , KION ( 3 verticals ) , CP and MB SVHE customers of all 5 brands. Need to act as a point of contact, addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for improvement and upselling. Key Responsibilities:

Building and Maintaining Relationships:

Establishing, developing, and nurturing relationships with customers, serving as the primary point of contact.

Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, providing solutions and support.

Sales & Upselling: Identifying opportunities to increase revenue through cross-selling and upselling.

Customer Feedback: Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.

Strategy Development: Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Collaboration: Working with various internal teams (Sales & Service of all SVHE BRANDS) to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Data Analysis: Analyzing customer data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and inform business decisions.

Conflict Resolution: Managing and resolving customer issues and disputes effectively.

Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to CRM. Skills Required:

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required experience in similar customer relation job for at least 5 plus years in a service organisation handling customers .

Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze data and identify trends.

Empathy:

Understanding and responding to customer needs and concerns.

Sales Skills:

Ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant technologies.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
