Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, and email in a timely and courteous manner. Research and resolve customer issues efficiently, exceeding expectations whenever possible. Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions or additional services. Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty. Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for future reference. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service interactions. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
