We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
to strengthen relationships with our clients, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and promote customer retention and loyalty. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring smooth communication and prompt issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve the customer experience.
Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits.
Track customer interactions and update CRM software with relevant information.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure client needs are met.
Conduct regular follow-ups and client check-ins to promote ongoing engagement.
Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, trends, and service issues.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience (3+ years) as a Customer Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., retail, hospitality, IT, banking].
Familiarity with customer journey mapping and customer retention strategies.
Multilingual skills are a plus.
Basic knowledge of data analytics and customer feedback tools.
