Nap Concepts operates a service based multi vendor platform focused on providing a seamless and efficient customer experience. We are looking for a proactive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Intern to manage customer interactions, coordinate pickups and deliveries, and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

:

Handle daily customer calls and assist with scheduling pickups and deliveries. Map and coordinate delivery and pickup plans efficiently. Act as a liaison between customers, delivery partners, and vendors to ensure timely service. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests. Provide support in resolving customer queries and service-related issues.

Who Can Apply

?

Students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in customer service and operations. Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (preferred). Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, or Google Sheets is a plus. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
