Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
CRM Executive
to manage client relationships, support business operations, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, coordination abilities and prior experience in CRM, sales support or customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound client communication via phone, email, WhatsApp and CRM platforms.
Maintain accurate client records and update interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Documentation, HR, Technical teams) to ensure smooth workflow.
Follow up with clients regarding documentation, progress updates, payments and scheduled activities.
Assist in onboarding new clients and guide them through service requirements.
Prepare status reports and maintain follow-up logs as required.
Ensure excellent customer experience through timely support and professional communication.
Escalate complex cases to senior team members when necessary.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business Administration preferred).
1-3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, coordination or administration roles. (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.*) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Ability to multitask and work under time-sensitive environments.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the immigration, consulting, or service industry.
Multilingual ability (English must; Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam is an advantage).
