Role Overview



The CRM Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and

loyalty by supporting the CRM Manager in implementing customer engagement strategies,

maintaining data integrity, and streamlining processes across departments.

Key Responsibilities



? Assist in designing and executing CRM strategies to improve customer retention and

overall experience.

? Maintain and update CRM databases, ensuring accuracy and data consistency.

? Understand the complete customer engagement cycle, sales process, and associated

documentation to ensure timely task completion as per company standards.

? Utilize tools such as Excel, Word, and CRM software effectively while being

adaptable to new technologies and systems.

? Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align CRM initiatives

with business goals.

? Analyze customer data to generate insights and identify opportunities for process

improvement.

? Track CRM performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.

? Contribute to the development and training of CRM Associates to ensure adherence to

processes and service excellence.

Requirements



? Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM or customer service functions, preferably

in the real estate industry.

? Proficiency in CRM tools and database management systems.

? Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

? Team-oriented mind-set with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

? Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,872.79 - ₹39,026.09 per month

Work Location: In person
