Customer Relationship Manager - Jewellery Industry
Job Summary:
The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancinglong-term relationships with clients to ensure loyalty, repeat business, and customer satisfaction. Therole involves understanding customer preferences, offering personalized services, managing clientcommunication, and supporting sales growth for high-value jewellery products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeatbusiness and referrals.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for high-value and loyal customers.
3. Understand customer needs, tastes, and buying behaviour to offer personalised jewelleryrecommendations.
4. Coordinate with sales, design, and production teams to fulfil custom orders and special requests.
5. Manage client follow-ups post-purchase for feedback, care instructions, and service requirements.
6. Handle and resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
7. Maintain accurate and updated customer databases (CRM software).
8. Plan and execute customer engagement activities, including exclusive previews, events, and loyaltyprograms.
9. Support marketing teams in developing campaigns targeting high-potential customer segments.
10. Ensure exceptional in-store and after-sales experience for every client.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a CRM, Client Servicing Executive, or similar role in the luxury retail/jewellerysector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Knowledge of jewellery products, gemstones, and precious metals (preferred).
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Customer-focused approach with high attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential client information discreetly.
Work Environment:
Retail store/showroom setting with occasional client visits.
May require working during festivals, weekends, or special promotional events.
