About the Role:



We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage and enhance the end-to-end customer experience at Jain Farms. The CRM will be the primary point of contact for customers, from inquiry, site visits, documentation, booking, to post-sale support. Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. Handle all customer communication via calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings. Assist customers during site visits, booking formalities, payments, and registration. Provide timely updates on project progress, documentation, and service requests. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups. Coordinate with Sales Managers and internal teams for a smooth customer journey.

Requirements:



Graduate/Postgraduate with 3-7 years of experience in CRM, sales coordination, hospitality, or customer-facing roles. Strong communication, follow-up discipline, and customer service orientation. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, email & documentation handling. Comfortable with weekend work and travel to project sites. Experience in real estate, hospitality, or luxury retail preferred.
