Job Description

A Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) in a financial firm builds and maintains client relationships by understanding their needs, providing financial advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include acquiring new clients, retaining existing ones, managing investment portfolios, and achieving sales targets through upselling and cross-selling financial products. They must also handle client complaints, monitor market trends, and coordinate with internal teams to provide comprehensive service. Core responsibilities

Client management:

Build and maintain strong, profitable relationships with clients, including identifying their needs and managing their portfolios.

Sales and growth:

Acquire new clients and grow the client base by upselling and cross-selling financial products and services.

Communication:

Keep clients informed about their portfolio performance and new products. They also act as a liaison between clients and the institution.

Problem-solving:

Address and resolve client complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.

Strategic planning:

Meet with internal teams to develop strategies for client retention and business growth.

Market analysis:

Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
