Relationship Manager
to be the bridge between our properties and our clients. This is a "High-Reward" role where your ability to build trust and convince clients directly impacts your pay check.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
Actively follow up on leads provided by the company to understand their property and interior requirements.
Site Coordination:
Schedule and lead site visits for potential buyers in the New Town/Rajarhat corridor.
Relationship Building:
Nurture long-term relationships with clients, helping them move from "interested" to "booked."
Cross-Selling:
Introduce clients to our specialised Interior Design services to provide a one-stop-shop solution.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on local real estate trends, competitor pricing, and new infrastructure developments (Metro, IT Hubs, etc.).
What We Are Looking For
Experience:
1-3 years in Sales, Customer Service, or Relationship Management (Real Estate experience is a big plus, but we also value experience from Banking, Insurance, or Luxury Retail).
Communication:
Exceptional verbal skills in
Bengali and Hindi
. Fluency in English is required for documentation and HNI clients.
Convincing Power:
You should have a proven track record of handling objections and closing deals.
Ownership:
A "Startup Mindset"--willing to go the extra mile to ensure a client is satisfied.
Travel:
Must have a two-wheeler and a valid license for site visits (Travel expenses are fully reimbursed).
