, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Customer Relationship Manager
to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, managing relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively
Provide accurate information about electric vehicle products and services
Follow up with leads and existing customers
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth operations
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements & Skills:
Graduate or equivalent qualification
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer handling / CRM / customer support (preferred)
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
