JD - Email & CRM Marketing Manager



About The Role:



We're looking for a CRM & Email Marketing Specialist for planning, executing, and optimizing customer lifecycle campaigns across email and CRM platforms. This role focuses on driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue by delivering personalized, automated, and data-driven communication strategies. You'll own the customer funnel end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities



1. Email Marketing Management



Develop, execute, and optimize email campaigns including newsletters, product announcements, onboarding flows, and promotional messages. Build responsive email templates using HTML/CSS or drag-and-drop builders. Manage A/B tests for subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times. Ensure email compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, unsubscribe mechanisms).

2. CRM Campaign Execution



Create and manage segmented customer lists based on behavior, lifecycle stage, purchase history, or engagement. Implement automated workflows such as welcome series, win-back campaigns, re-engagement flows, and lead nurture sequences. Maintain CRM hygiene with regular data cleaning, duplication checks, and enrichment.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting



Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as open rate, CTR, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate, and revenue attribution. Provide weekly/monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations. Use data insights to refine segmentation and personalization strategies.

4. Customer Lifecycle & Retention Strategies



Build customer journeys that enhance engagement and reduce churn. Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align CRM efforts with business goals. Optimize customer pathways for improved LTV (Lifetime Value).

5. Tools & Technology



Work with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Braze, or similar. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM dashboards) for performance measurement. Manage integrations between CRM, website, and other marketing tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 4+ years of experience in CRM management or email marketing. Proficiency in email marketing tools and CRM platforms. Basic HTML/CSS skills for email editing (preferred). Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven decision making. Knowledge of customer segmentation, automation, and lifecycle marketing. Excellent copywriting and communication abilities. Understanding of deliverability best practices.

Preferred Qualifications



Experience with eCommerce or SaaS customer journeys. Familiarity with marketing automation tools. Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks. Certification in CRM or email marketing (HubSpot/Klaviyo/etc.).
