Key Responsibilities (Sales & Customer Service)

:

Attend customer correspondence via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs, guide them toward buying decisions, and recommend add-on or upsell products to boost sales. Actively drive sales by identifying customer needs, highlighting product benefits, and closing sales opportunities. Support customers during the order creation process, provide payment links, and troubleshoot purchase-related issues. Liaise with internal teams (e.g., Logistics) to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery. Handle customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Maintain a presentable, sales-driven, and customer-focused approach with excellent communication and convincing skills. Meet or exceed sales targets by converting inquiries into successful transactions. Update customers about new product launches, offers, promotions, and sales campaigns to encourage repeat business. (Bonus) Retail sales experience or background is a plus.
