Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused

CRM professional

to manage customer relationships, improve customer engagement, and support sales and marketing teams through effective CRM strategies and data management.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and maintain CRM systems (leads, customers, follow-ups, pipelines) Ensure accurate data entry, updates, and reporting in CRM Track customer interactions, inquiries, and service requests Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams for lead nurturing Generate regular CRM reports on sales performance, customer activity, and conversion rates Implement CRM processes to improve customer retention and satisfaction Automate workflows, reminders, and follow-up processes Handle customer segmentation and database management Support marketing campaigns through CRM data insights Identify gaps and suggest improvements in CRM usage and customer journey
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience working with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, LeadSquared, or similar) Strong knowledge of lead management and customer lifecycle Good analytical and reporting skills Excellent communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and data accuracy Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
Preferred Skills

Experience in sales support, customer success, or operations Knowledge of automation and CRM integrations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
