Job Summary

You should be an experienced customer relationship manager responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. You will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

Job Duties and Deliverables include, but are not limited to

Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests. Make regular calls to existing customers or potential customers to provide education, support, troubleshooting and sales information, related to services we offer.

Minimum Requirements

You have a bachelor's degree in administration or a related field. 5-7 years of hands-on experience in a customer service role. Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers base. Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
