Role & responsibilities :
1. Email should be triggered to the customer for every single update like Order confirmation (with approved drawing), the order is ready to dispatch, Payment/dues clearance, Transport confirmation, and Delivery confirmation.
2. All types of Data should be maintained in a good manner like customer details, Jobs in production, Jobs are ready, payment dues, etc.
3. Order Details should be updated on time through Google Form for every Job.
4. Order follow-up should be updated by the production team so that no delay could be faced at the time of dispatch.
5. Non-Standard Material (like GSC Glass etc) requirement must be confirmed by store department so that material can be arranged on time if not available.
6. Well-knowledged installers should be aligned on site for Installation.
7. If the customer encounters any kind of problem on-site, it should be resolved in a timely and correct manner.
8. If we provide any dispatch date to the customer, must be aware it should not be hampered by any reason, and the Job should be dispatched on time.
