Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers, especially high-value and repeat clients
Provide personalized service to ensure a luxurious and memorable in-store and post-sale experience
Maintain accurate customer profiles, preferences, and special occasions in the CRM system
Manage customer follow-ups including product inquiries, repairs, custom orders, and feedback
Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
Collaborate with the sales team to support promotions, events, and clienteling efforts
Plan and coordinate exclusive customer engagement events and gifting programs
Track customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies
Maintain deep product knowledge to assist clients with confidence and expertise
Report regularly to management on customer trends, feedback, and retention metrics
