We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to serve as a communication bridge between our team and Government Departments. The role involves managing daily interactions, ensuring smooth coordination, tracking deliverables, handling documentation and reporting, along with supporting social media communication.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and Government Departments.
Manage day-to-day communication, follow-ups, and query resolution.
Ensure timely execution and submission of project deliverables.
Handle bill submission, documentation, and approvals.
Prepare and share status updates, reports, and MIS on a regular basis.
Support the team with social media communication - including drafting captions, coordinating creatives, and monitoring engagement.
Coordinate internally with the project team to align tasks and timelines.
Requirements
Graduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Mass Communication, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in CRM, client servicing, or project coordination.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and ability to draft basic communication.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace for documentation and reporting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
