We are looking for a
Relationship Manager
who can build strong, trust-based relationships with patients and ensure a smooth, caring experience throughout their treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the
primary point of contact
for patients (in-clinic, phone, WhatsApp).
Understand patient needs and guide them through treatment plans and follow-ups.
Coordinate
appointments, reminders, and rescheduling
as needed.
Maintain regular communication with patients to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care.
Handle patient queries, concerns, and basic information requests in a polite and professional manner.
Collect feedback and testimonials to improve the patient experience.
Collaborate with doctors, clinic managers, and the front desk team for seamless service.
Maintain accurate patient records and update internal systems/trackers.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Healthcare background is an added advantage).
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in
customer service, sales, or relationship management
.
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality will be a plus.
Language Skills:
Good command of English and Hindi.
Key Skills
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills

Strong
customer service orientation
with empathy and patience.
Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with patients.
Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable using
WhatsApp, basic computer tools, and simple CRMs/trackers

Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.
Work Schedule
Days: [e.g., 6 days a week - Monday to Saturday]
Timings: [e.g., 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM]
