Develop and execute CRM strategy:

Create and implement strategies to increase customer engagement, loyalty, and retention, and align them with company goals.

Customer relationship management:

Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers and oversee relationships handled by the team.

Data analysis:

Analyze customer behavior and data to identify trends, segment customers, and inform strategy updates.

Customer communication:

Act as a liaison between the company and customers, respond to inquiries, and manage communications about products and offers.

Problem-solving:

Handle customer complaints and feedback, resolving issues quickly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

Campaign management:

Plan and execute promotional and marketing campaigns to drive sales growth and customer retention.

Cross-functional collaboration:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to improve the overall customer experience.

System and process improvement:

Oversee the implementation and optimization of CRM systems and processes, including liaising with IT or external suppliers.
