Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Resolve client queries promptly and professionally. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements.

Requirements:

5 to 10 years of proven experience in customer relationship/customer service roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
