Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
Customer Experience:
Provide personalized experiences and after-sales support, ensuring high levels of satisfaction at every stage of the customer journey.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with sales staff to understand client preferences, purchase history, and special occasions to suggest products and offers.
Database Management:
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer profiles, interactions, preferences, and follow-ups.
Loyalty Programs:
Manage and enhance loyalty programs, VIP client experiences, and exclusive events.
Feedback & Insights:
Collect and analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve service quality and tailor offerings.
Complaint Resolution:
Handle client complaints or concerns with sensitivity, professionalism, and urgency.
