About the Role

We are looking for a confident and proactive Customer Relationship Manager to handle sales-related communication with clients and represent the company professionally. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, clarity in communication, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding sales and service-related communication Handle inbound and outbound client calls, emails, and meetings professionally Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients Represent the company confidently during client interactions and discussions Follow up on leads, proposals, and ongoing conversations to support conversions Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales updates Address client concerns promptly and ensure a positive customer experience
Required Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales coordination, or a similar client-facing role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident, bold, and professional personality with strong presentation skills Ability to negotiate, convince, and handle objections tactfully Good organizational and follow-up skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
